IN-HOUSE COLD ROOM

Having our own cold storage room is a big plus for us in making sure our products are top-notch. It allows us to keep our raw ingredients in a controlled and clean environment, so they don't get contaminated. We use organized methods like "first in, first out" (FIFO) to make sure we use the oldest materials first, and we regularly check the quality of the stored ingredients to maintain high standards.

Our on-site lab has the most up-to-date equipment for checking for harmful microorganisms that can naturally be in things like spices and pulses from agriculture. We have strict rules for testing the ingredients when they arrive, during the production process, and when the final product is ready, all following global standards. We also do physical and chemical tests, which are part of our quality control process.
